Pequenas Resistências

Literary Non-fiction
Small Resistances: Ideas about journalism, utopias and public love follows a group of young investigative journalists in Lisbon as they unearth stories of systemic oppression while struggling to achieve financial independence.
Their journey serves as a lens through which to explore pressing global questions: What role can journalism play in times of growing inequality and authoritarianism? Can journalism write — and revise — history? Is neutrality in journalism a myth?
In seeking answers, the book reflects on how to meaningfully engage and include people, the responsibilities of narrative, and the challenges — and beauty — of collective stories.
The book is available in Portuguese, and I'm currently seeking representation for English-language markets.
